"Quick & easy"
My hats off to GREAT WESTERN... from start to closing, the person assigned to assist me was informative and responsive... I received the rate I needed and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The person who assisted me used simple language for my simple questions, and gave me all the technical answers I needed. "Good experience"
The loan originator was friendly and responsive and provided information that was consistent each time and was commensurate with our financial situation and loan desire. There was no sales pressure. Once we decided to go with Great Western, the process was relatively quick and everything we were promised was delivered. I highly recommend this company for getting a loan at a competitive rate and in a reasonable amount of time.
