An easy way to get started – a pre-qual? Call Great Western and one of our experienced loan officers will gather some initial information from you to generate a prequalification letter. A pre-qual letter states that we’ve conditionally approved you for a mortgage of a certain amount. The pre-qual proves to home sellers that you’re a serious and qualified buyer – and just might give you an edge if you find yourself bidding against another buyer for the home. (It’s important to note that your pre-qual is not a guarantee that you’ll be eligible for a mortgage – but it is a great first step!)
